Returns

Is it possible to return my order?
Yes, this is possible.

If you are not satisfied with the ordered items, you have the option to return them within 30 days of receipt.

In that case, the order must meet the following conditions:

  • The order still contains all associated parts and components, and the packaging is in the same condition as when the product was received.
  • The product has been treated normally; damage due to careless use is excluded.
  • Products where hygiene is important have been thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.
  • The product was found to be defective immediately upon receipt.
  • We are entitled to charge the customer for shipping costs.
  • A return will be processed within 7 working days and if the conditions are met, the return will be officially recognized within this period.

Important for sale items:
Items purchased during the sale are not eligible for return . This applies to all products with a discount, unless there is an exception such as:

  • You have received an incorrect item.
  • The delivered item is defective or damaged upon receipt.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that the items have been used or damaged by the customer.


How can I return my order?

If your order meets the above conditions, you must follow the following steps to start the return process:

  1. Send an email to: info @noncha -amsterdam .nl
  2. Please include in the email:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return request
    • Photo of the product in case of breakage
    • Customer's first name + last name
    • Customer address

We will then contact you and provide you with the return address. Never send the return back to the sender; we will send you the correct address after you have requested this from us. You, the customer, are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product.

The consumer has a right of withdrawal according to the following provision if the consumer is a natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes which are not predominantly related to his or her commercial or professional activity:

A. Cancellation Policy
Right of withdrawal:
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, received or accepted the last goods.

Since we operate a fully automated system, orders are processed as soon as they are placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process until delivery is complete, and a refund is not possible upon receipt of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us NONCHA-AMSTERDAM of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (e.g. by e-mail). The withdrawal is complete when we have received the goods. The costs for returning the goods are borne by the buyer.


Note for shipments in transit

Since our goods are shipped from Asia, there may be longer transit times over which we have no control. If the goods are already on their way to you, cancellation is not possible. Wait until you have received the goods and then return them to us. Of course, you can inform us of your cancellation in advance.

To ensure the fastest return possible, we ask that you send us a shipping confirmation.


Consequences of revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs (with the exception of any supplementary costs resulting from your choosing a different delivery method than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we became aware of your withdrawal from this contract and received the goods. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

ALL RETURNS WILL BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA AT CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.
